    In response, Beijing Zhi Wei Sheng Chemical Co., Ltd. developed a circulating fluidized bed boiler with a new type of high-temperature inorganic high temperature plastic, model ZS-1071, using the Chi Shing Wai Wah special high-temperature solution, temperature up to 1800 ℃. This kind of circulating fluidized bed boiler with high temperature rapid heating is a use of inorganic nano-materials made by the condensation reaction temperature inorganic nanocomposite temperature, filtered through the composition ratio and process parameters to obtain high temperature is PH suspended dispersion system is neutral, not only strong bond to the metal substrate and non-corrosive, high temperature inorganic refractory application temperature range, can maintain good adhesive properties and corrosion resistance at high temperature of 1800 ℃, long life, make more secure boiler operation.


    The new type of high-temperature glue has the following characteristics:


    (1) The new ZS-1071 high temperature plastic material used in advanced rare earth oxides. Can promote refractory sintered at 900 ℃ -1100 ℃ temperature conditions, so refractory to achieve high data compression strength, enhances the refractory wear, so that products can withstand high concentrations of dust erosion, reducing wear and tear , so it is suitable for use in a circulating fluidized bed boiler.

Can also be used for high temperature furnace lining materials, as may be formulated into the overall construct aggregate materials and repair materials, masonry materials, unshaped refractory materials seams.
